Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Waltro mobile application developed by KTM Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Waltro, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What Waltro Is

Waltro is a personal finance management app that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, monitor income, and set savings goals — all stored locally on your device. The App requires iOS 17.0 or later.

Your License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Waltro for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any of its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any related systems or services
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding within the App

Premium & In-App Purchases

Waltro offers optional premium features through the following plans:

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of financial data you enter into the App
• Keeping your device secure and your account credentials private
• Backing up your data via iCloud Sync or CSV export to prevent loss
• Any financial decisions made based on information shown in the App

Financial Disclaimer

Privacy

Your use of Waltro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described there.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, and code within Waltro are the intellectual property of KTM Studio and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Waltro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTM Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Waltro at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Waltro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
